At Rakki Sports, every product is handpicked for quality and value. We stand behind what we sell. If you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, we are here to make it right.
What We Accept
We accept return and refund requests only for the following reasons:
- Product received is defective or damaged
- Product received has a manufacturing defect
Each case will be reviewed and investigated before any refund is processed.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- ❌ Change of mind
- ❌ Purchased by mistake
- ❌ Product no longer needed
- ❌ Found a cheaper price elsewhere
- ❌ Incorrect size or specification ordered by buyer — please check all specifications carefully before purchasing. If in doubt, contact us before buying.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your product has a quality issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send us clear photos and/or video of the defect or issue
- Describe the problem in detail — what is wrong and when you noticed it
- Our team will review and investigate your case
- We will respond within 3 business days with our decision
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed
Return Logistics
- All return shipping must be arranged and paid by the buyer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Rakki Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Returns must be sent in original or secure packaging
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the quality issue is confirmed — a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- If the quality issue cannot be confirmed — we will contact you to discuss and the item may be returned to you at your cost
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase
